About peptides：

Peptides are polymers of amino acids by linkage of peptide bonds; they are similar to proteins in constitution yet in short numbers.

The name of each peptide is according to the number of amino acid incorporated with.

Various peptides are developed, proved, and thus used as effective ingredients in cosmeceutical preparations nowadays. These cosmeceutical peptides meet and respond to the requirements of skin caring on anti-wrinkle, brightening, anti-hyperpigment as well as moisturizing.

Some of them are mimicking what growth factors act to give skin signals, others aren’t but through various pathways to take part in the process of skin improvement. Importantly, the mode of multiple mechanisms could result in a magnified efficacy through synergism, means that the combination of some cosmetic actives and peptides could be notably beneficial.

‧Constituted of nine amino acids: Methionine-Proline- D-Phenylalanine-Arginine-D-Trptophane-Phenylalanine-Lysine- Proline-Valine-NH2, MPFRWFKPV
‧Blocks the binding of α-MSH with its receptor MC1R on the cell membrane of melanocyte. The successive melanine producing process is stopped.
‧A whitening agent that works on the very initial stage of skin darkening mechanism. Highly efficacious.
